Our family house we used ourselves as a vacation home. It is located on a small pine forest hill with 180° views on the valley and the sea and 5 minute walk from the sandy beach of Troulos in Skiathos island. It has several balconies, yards and terraces, from where you can enjoy a rich Mediterranean garden. Interiors with bright colours, elegant style and with very well selected materials and furniture.

The house is located in Ftelia neighbourhood, within walking distance from the centre of Skiathos Town. It is settled in a quiet hill right above Megali Ammos beach. It has two bedrooms and a big living room with kitchen and it offers an amazing sea view. It is one of two buildings located in a big olive grove where you have free access. There is a private parking spot right outside the property.
