Pine Home is our family house, that we used ourselves as a vacation home. It is located on a small pine forest hill with 180° views on the valley and the sea and 5 minute walk from the sandy beach of Troulos in Skiathos island. It has several balconies, yards and terraces, from where you can enjoy a rich Mediterranean garden. Interiors with bright colours, elegant style and with very well selected materials and furniture.

Skiathos Town

1 | Pine Home Apartment A

A beautiful apartment, where we mainly lived as a family. It has a wide and shady terrace with a wooden garden table and armchairs, where one can spend most of the time and enjoy the view over the valley. The living room is spacious, with a high wooden ceiling and a loft. Several paintings and artwork on the walls as well as a fireplace give it a familiar flair. The kitchen was renovated in the spring of 2024 and is equipped with a stove and an oven. The main bedroom was also part of the renovation and has an en-suite bathroom and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a private balcony, as well as a huge ceiling ventilator and closets. The bathroom is big, has a spacious shower and a mirror-wall. We consider as a third bedroom the loft above the living room, which has a ceiling window and air conditioning. All the beds have first class mattresses. There is room to accommodate up to 6 persons.

2 | Pine Home Studio B

Studio B is a sweet and cosy accommodation located at the highest level of the property. Additionally, it has its own entrance and a terrace under the shade of a pine tree, providing a beautiful view over the valley. Moreover, there is a small indoor living area with a sofa that becomes a single bed for an extra person. The bedroom is very spacious with two single beds with high quality mattresses and a high ceiling with a big ventilator. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and a stove, while the bathroom is simple but clean with white tiles. The whole studio has parquet flooring, and it is suited for 2-3 persons.

3 | Pine Home Studio C

Studio C is a spacious and bright studio with original architectural features and a private terrace overlooking the valley. It features two sitting areas with two sofas, one of which can be converted into two single beds to accommodate two extra people. The studio also has a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and electrical cooking plates, a bedroom area with a queen size bed and a closet, and a bathroom with white tiles and a marble shower. The high ceiling, parquet flooring, and artwork depicting portraits and olive trees add to the studio's charm. A fireplace adds a cozy touch to the space. The studio is suitable for 2-4 people, with the option of sharing the large living area.

4 | Pine Home Apartment D

Studio D is a bright open space studio with original architectural details. On its private terrace there is a dining table, garden armchairs and view to the valley. The space has a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 person. It has a full equipped kitchenette with a fridge and electrical cooking plates. There are two bedrooms with a closets, one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms. The studio is decorated with original drawings of the architect. As a young family of four people we used to spend our summers in here.
